Recruitment for care · Reg 19 & sponsor-licence ready

Care recruitment that ends in a compliant hire

Recruit AI runs the whole hire - vacancies and a careers site, one application form, screening, interviews, offers, vetting and onboarding - and finishes by creating the staff record with its compliance pack already tracked. Add it to your CareOS sector, or run it on its own.

Everything care providers and care recruitment agencies need

Purpose-built for care recruitment — not adapted from another care setting.

Vacancies & careers site

Post a vacancy once - across several job roles and branches if you need - and publish it to your own careers site with a source-tagged link, so you can see which channel actually produced the hire.

One application form, scoped by role

Build the form once and choose which pages each job role is asked. A nurse is asked for their NMC PIN; a kitchen assistant is not.

CV import & document checks

A candidate's CV pre-fills the rest of their application, and an uploaded certificate is checked against the course, the name and the dates - flagged for a human, never auto-rejected on a name.

Your pipeline, your stages

Configure the stages you actually use and work candidates on a board, with time-in-stage measured against the targets you set rather than ones we invented.

Screening questions & tests

Ask pre-qualification questions and set online tests that score themselves, with knockout answers handled separately from the pass mark. Free-text answers always go to a person.

Interviews, recorded and written up

Book Zoom, Teams or Google Meet from the candidate's record. Where the provider allows it the recording and transcript are collected for you - with the candidate told first - and AI can draft scores a person then decides on.

Offers with an approval chain

Set who signs an offer off and in what order. It cannot be sent until the chain clears, and revised terms are a new offer rather than a quiet edit of one somebody already holds.

Compliance packs by hiring stage

Say what each job role must evidence and when - application, conditional offer or onboarding - and every requirement is verified, flagged or rejected on the record with who did it and when.

Right to work, DBS & registers

Record Home Office right-to-work and NMC checks against the candidate, run DVLA and DBS checks where a live API exists, and keep the append-only evidence an inspector asks for.

Sponsor licence & CoS

Keep your certificate register, watch visa and CoS expiry, track absence against the reporting thresholds, and raise reportable duties with their deadlines counted in working days.

Onboarding to first shift

Contracts out and signed, induction and mandatory training, payroll details and roster readiness - in one queue, ending at Clear to Work.

Bulk email, SMS & WhatsApp

Message a whole stage or a shortlist from templates, with personalisation checked before it sends and a marketing opt-out candidates can use themselves.

Funnel, source and cost per hire

See where candidates drop out, which channel produced them and what a hire cost - with an unknown figure shown as unknown rather than as zero.

Care Recruitment — frequently asked questions

Do we need the rest of CareOS to use Recruit AI?

No. It is sold two ways: as a module inside an existing CareOS agency - whichever sector you run - or on its own for a recruitment agency that places care staff. The product is the same either way; a standalone tenant simply has no care portal beside it.

What happens when we hire someone?

Approving an application creates the staff record, seeds its compliance pack from the job role's requirements, assigns the agreement templates and starts induction. If you already run CareOS for care delivery, that person is then on the same system your rota and compliance matrix read - there is no export and re-import.

Does it handle sponsored workers?

Yes. There is a certificate-of-sponsorship register, visa and CoS expiry monitoring, absence tracking against the reporting thresholds, and a reporting-duties log with deadlines counted in working days against your own bank-holiday calendar. CareOS does not file anything with the Home Office - it records that a named person did, and what reference came back.

Can candidates apply on their phone?

Yes. The application form is a public link that saves as they go, so a candidate can start on a phone, upload documents and come back later. They sign in with an emailed link rather than a password to remember.

Where does AI actually get used?

Drafting application forms and advert copy for you to edit, reading an uploaded CV or certificate to pre-fill and cross-check, and drafting interview scores from a transcript. It recommends; it never rejects a candidate, moves them through a stage, or signs anything off on its own.
