Legacy Archive optional

One-off, quoted by size

Your full history, preserved: every document in your old system extracted, filed to each client's Docs & Forms in CareOS, and delivered back to you as a complete, organised archive. Inspectors can ask for records going back years — this keeps the answer a click away after the old system is switched off.

Questions providers actually ask

Is everything really included?

Yes. Rotas, care plans, eMAR, notes, audits, finance, recruitment, family portal — every feature ships on every plan. No modules, no tiers, no “that’s on the higher package”. If we build it, you have it.

Why does it cost less than the big platforms?

Most vendors charge per carer, per care hour or per bed, split features into paid modules, and add £300–£1,500 in setup and training fees. We charge one number per client, include everything, and charge nothing to onboard. What you see here is the whole bill — nothing is hidden in it.

Do you charge for carers or office users?

No. Unlimited carers, unlimited office staff, no per-user fees. Your workforce growing — or carer turnover — never changes your bill. Only the number of people you care for does.

What does the free migration actually cover?

Everything you need to operate: we move your clients, staff, care plans, medications, assessments and rotas out of your current system ourselves and set them up in CareOS. The optional Legacy Archive adds your complete document history, filed per client and delivered back to you.

What is the 24-month price lock?

You choose your term: 12 months at £10.00 per client, or 24 months at £9.00 — and on the lock, the price you join at is the price you keep for the full two years. Both terms carry the 90-day exit guarantee: leave in your first three months and pay nothing more.

What happens as we grow?

Your rate slides down as you scale: the first 50 clients at £9.00, clients 51–150 at £8.00, 151–400 at £7.00 and 401–1,000 at £6.00 on the price lock. Bands apply marginally, like tax bands — adding clients never re-prices the ones you already have. Beyond 1,000 clients we quote per estate.

Does this price cover supported living, care homes or staffing?

No — the rates on this page are for home care. Supported living, care homes, children's homes and care staffing run on their own pricing models, because the way those services are funded and staffed is genuinely different. You still get the same all-inclusive platform with nothing held back behind tiers; talk to us and we'll price your service properly.

We’re just registering with CQC — is CareOS for us?

Especially for you: CareOS is £0 until your first client. Set your service up on the platform it will grow on, with your policies, templates and rotas ready before day one — and start paying only when you start earning.

Where is our data held?

UK-hosted, GDPR compliant, with a dedicated database per provider — your data is never pooled with anyone else’s. Rated “Standards Exceeded” by the NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit.

Supported living, care homes, children's homes or staffing? The rates above are for home care. Those services are funded and staffed differently, so they run on their own pricing — same all-inclusive platform, nothing held back behind tiers.
